Specialties Company was established in Freeport, Texas, in 1967 by Alton Skachok. Starting from a modest 800-square-foot building on Hwy 332, the company has grown into a fully equipped warehouse exceeding 30,000 square feet, featuring cutting-edge machinery for all rigging equipment, industrial hoses, and fittings. The values of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction upheld by the founder continue to be practiced today by his daughter and son-in-law, who have been running the business since 1999.
